Pappo's Blues Volume 1


Argentina (1971)
Pappo Napolitano formidable blues guitarist whose career since then with The cats in the late 60 and did not stop until his unfortunate death in an accident with his bike (his other passion aside from the guitar). Their first albums are based on the formation of trios in the line of heavy rock and blues. His style made him share the stage with guitar freaks who played with Chuck Berry several times. Here are his 7 albums with the name Pappo's Blues a titulo de homenaje a esta gran persona.
Pappo Napolitano, premium rock guitar man, who used to play with the mithic band Los Gatos at ends of the 60's, iniciated a non stop career since then, that woul last until his unfortunate death in a motorcycle accident (one of his strongest hobbies) some little time ago.His first albums are based in a tryo formation mainly of hard rock, some wonderfull blues and lots of guitar solos. His way of playing this instrument made him share the stage with great guitarist all over the world making a good friendship with Chuck Berry with whom he played in several ocasions.I 'll post his first works here as my humble tribute to this great man.
